Cloudya Admin Portal 4

  • Feature:
    • Users can now specify the tenant’s language, e.g. to set this language as the default for new phone or fax extensions.
    • The default language for new phone or efax extensions is now inherited from the customer settings.
    • Names of referencing objects in ‘Referenced by’ tables are now displayed as links and can be opened with one click.
    • The ‘Referenced by’ table is now also displayed for services with the message ‘No references’ if the service has no incoming references.
    • Users can now configure IVR services with caller response options * and #.
    • Regular translation updates.
  • Bugfix:
    • The number of backend requests when creating certain devices in certain roles has been reduced to prevent request attempts to unavailable resources.
    • The configuration option ‘Announce to agent’ for queue and skill services has been optimized so that the value is not lost after the first selection.
    • The edit button in the efax table was not working and is now functional again.
    • Tenants who have a larger number of trunks can now configure all outgoing trunks to the ‘Preferred outbound trunk’ setting on phone extensions.
    • The layout of the error snack bar has been adapted so that text and buttons within the snack bar are fully visible.
    • The queue services can be opened without console errors and display all configuration options as expected.

    • Display called number instead of *791 in call history for outgoing call if call is redirected to voicemail
