NFON Contact Center Hub (CCHub): Major Release update
CCHub will be upgraded to version 2026.1.
With this version, we will be rolling out the new NEO user interface as standard.
The CLASSIC user interface will no longer be supported in future software versions.
The service may partly be interrupted during that process.
A browser restart for clients and new user log-in is required afterwards.

- Customer (except UK)
