Scheduled Maintenance – Frankfurt Data Center from 2026-08-20 22:00 CEST to 2026-08-21 00:00 CEST

During the maintenance window on Thursday, August 20, 2026, necessary maintenance work will be carried out at the Frankfurt data center.
This will affect specific services across all three data centers.
These services will be synchronized across the data centers and must be temporarily disabled for the duration of the synchronization.
As a result, the Voicemail Service and the Service Portal 3 API (UIs) will experience approximately 30 minutes of downtime. During this time, some AppSuite functionality (Web, Desktop, and Mobile) may also be temporarily unavailable.
