Record AI Maintenance from 2026-04-28 22:00 CEST to 2026-04-29 00:00 CEST

During this maintenance, each of the Record AI Recording servers will be restarted and updated as per our version control.

This Record AI upgrade includes feature updates, minor bug fixes and performance enhancements to improve stability and efficiency. Details for the new feature additions / components will be sent separately to relevant parties.

NFON runs a high-availability solution; therefore, we do not expect any impact, and all data will remain secure in storage. In the highly unlikely event that a rollback is required, call recordings will not be affected.
