NFON Contact Center Hub (CCHub): Maintenance of Daktela cloud infrastructure
Our Partner Daktela will perform a maintenance of the cloud infrastructure.
This maintenance is required to update the software of the Daktela virtualization platform.
During the maintenance, Daktela expect up to three short service interruptions, each lasting approximately 3–10 minutes.
A browser restart for clients and new user log-in is required afterwards.
