Our team has provided a hotfix on the platform that stabilizes the login to the Desktop App.
To activate the hotfix, please reload the page in the Desktop App (menu: Window -> Refresh Page) or restart the Desktop App. A download or reinstallation is NOT necessary with this hotfix.
The reported issue is still ongoing.
Please note that we will not be publishing any further status updates over the upcoming weekend unless there are new developments.
Our specialist departments continue to work diligently in the background to analyze and resolve the existing disruption.
The Cloudya Desktop App is still experiencing sporadic login issues.
