Incident Summary:  
Today we observed a degraded performance issue affecting device registrations for a part of our customers devices. The issue caused short-term difficulties with the registrations.
Resolution:  
The  registration issue was resolved, and normal operations have been fully restored.
Impact:  
Some customers experienced temporary performance degradation, and certain devices may have encountered issues during the registration process.
Next Steps:  
We are conducting a thorough review of the incident to ensure preventive measures are implemented to avoid similar occurrences in the future.
