Description

We would like to inform you that we will carry out maintenance to neo suite version 7.1.0-26.0 on Saturday, 25th May from 22:00 – 02:00 (CEST). The user interface and all client applications including POWERplay Web, POWERplay Pro, CLIENTcommnad, ScreenRec and DOWNLOADclient will not be accessible during the maintenance.

Description

We will perform a planned Firmware deployment on our Registrar Infrastruktur in our data centers. During this maintenance customer services should not be affected. In case of a short outage, registrations/authentication for customer devices are not possible.

Cloudya WebApp MaintenancePlanned Maintenance

Description

* All partners and customers in pilot mode will get new Presence statuses that reflect better their availability. Additionally, we are introducing Global DND to disable notifications on all platforms and Device DND to disable notifications only in the device where it is activated * Partners and customers in pilot mode can activate the Presence synchronization with Microsoft Teams from the service portal. The status "line-in-use" will then synchronize with "in a call" in both directions.

We have developed additional testing procedures to ensure proper functionality after the upgrade of CCHub. In order to test these procedures in more detail, we will postpone the upgrade and keep you informed of a new upgrade date. Contact Center Hub for Resellers will be upgraded to version 2024.01 (previous naming convention v6.27). (customer instances will be upgraded at a later time) During this process, the service may be partially interrupted. A browser restart for clients and a new user login will be required afterwards.
