Description

During the entire maintenance window, a release update will take place. Therefore the service may partly be interrupted. If needed, a backup-routing for the NCC Service numbers has to be activated for the timeframe by the customer. A client browser restart and new user log-in is required after the maintenance window. In addition, the Browser cache must be cleared, so that the new user interface is shown correctly.

Description

We will perform a planned Firmware deployment on our Registrar Infrastruktur in our data centers. During this maintenance customer services should not be affected. In case of a short outage, registrations/authentication for customer devices are not possible.
