[Investigating] Currently we receive reports about issues with making and receiving calls in NContactCenter (jtel). Other products and solutions like CCHub and Cloudya are not affected. Our technical teams and the supplier are investigating.

[Monitoring] A detailed analysis showed that the problem lay outside the NFON infrastructure. Our supplier was then able to solve the problem and NContactCenter is now fully functional again.

[Resolved] We have not found any other problems after close monitoring. Therefore we close this issue.
